More formally known as the Junior Chamber, sometimes abbreviated as JC's, the Jaycees are a leadership development organization for young men and women between the ages of 18 and 40. They come from all walks of life and their primary reason for becoming a member is typically for:

• Networking for Personal and/or Business
• Desire for Self Improvement
• Community Involvement
• Networking
• Experiencing success!

The simple act of joining the Jaycees is far more than just that. You become partners with other Jaycees in communities across the state,in cities and states across the nation and in nations around the world to help promote and share in personal and leadership development for thousands of young people like yourself.
