Our annual 4th of July celebration is a one of our largest projects. It takes place from July 1st Through July 4th. Please come celibate with us. The Wausau Area Jaycees sponsor an annual Fall Craft Show, hosted at the Greenheck Fieldhouse in Schofield. Craft Show hours are 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. Come and see the unique and creative gifts and items that these very talented crafters have made!Admission is free! Non-perishable food items are being collected at the door for local food pantries.
Registration forms and applications are delivered to those on our mailing list. Anyone interested in participating as a vendor can contact us to be added to our mailing list of vendors.

Sandbox Fill
The Wausau Area Jaycees 27th Annual Sandbox Fill is going to be held on May 14th, 15th & 28nd, 2011. We will be delivering sand all day starting about 9AM.
"Great!" you say, "But what's a Sandbox Fill?"
Well, we get together a group of our members for, get pickup trucks loaned to us from some of the local auto dealerships, load up the back of the trucks with sand, shovels, and wheelbarrows, and then bring that sand to you!
We figure our quantities by the wheelbarrows we use (approximately 4 cu. ft.). We will take your order, and bring the sand right to your sandbox, horseshoe pit, old tire, play set, or whatever it might be that you want sand for!
The cost for 2010 is $12 per wheelbarrow delivered. To order, customers need only Contact us or Email us at sandbox@wausauareajaycees.orgOne wheelbarrow is usually sufficient for most of the plastic sandboxes that can be purchased from any of the local retail stores (i.e. plastic turtle), although there are a few that will hold a little bit more than that. If you are not sure, tell us what the sand is for and we should be able to give you a pretty good approximation of how much you might need to fill the item.
Dunk Tank
Our chapter owns a dunk tank that we offer out to rent, when it's not being used by the chapter for one of our projects. For more details on renting the tank, Contact us
Punt Pass & Kick
The NFL Punt, Pass & Kick competition is a free, friendly football skills competition supported by the NFL for ALL boys and girls ages 8 to 15 who wish to participate. Registration forms will be available during the registration time preceding the competition. Remember that you will need to have a parent or legal guardian to sign the registration form.Proof of age is required for registration, in the form of a copy of a birth record, baptismal record, etc.
